Windowless room with no extraction fan in bathroom with toilet right next to the bed. We had to ask for our drink vouchers

Well located but hotel parking on-site tricky with works going on. Room was clean and spacious but sink in bathroom was blocked and didn't drain easily and hair-dryer only worked intermittently.

Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was okay, although the walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbours conversations. The room pillows are ridiculously hard and high - I had to use a folded towel so I didn't wake with a crooked neck. Your car park is atrocious - rather than trying to cram so many vehicles in it would be better to fix the line marking so there is enough turning room to maneuver even the smallest car.
