Novotel was a perfect place to enjoy everything we were eager to, swimming, tennis, kids programs.. etc. Even though it wasn't a super new place, everything was neatly organized. My daughter especially loved kids programs and we adults also loved family programs e.g. cocktail class and cooking class. Chef Tam's spring roll was really yummy. And tennis coach, Mr. HAI!! He made our trip the most memorable one. It was a really hot day in PhuQuoc but he did his best to help us have a good time playing tennis! He was really a good teacher. We are looking forward to visit Novotel PhuQuoc again soon :)

It was a good decision to choose Novotel for my first Phu Quoc trip It's located in the middle, so it's good to go to the north or south, and it's close to the airport It's not the main night market, but the accessibility to the night market in Sonashi is good, and the massage shop is close. And I was so happy with Trang's kindness Good hotel conditions and friendly staff If you come to Phu Quoc, I would like to recommend Novotel Hotel

The place is really great, everything is clean, the room, the swimming pool etc. We had a beautiful room with a big bathroom. The restaurant is really good especially the breakfast! A big thanks to Trong FX, who was really friendly and welcoming !!!

I stayed at Novotel 3 nights on 30/4-3/5 which upgraded a sea view for me but it faced west so sunset time was rather in bad feeling in some time of sunny days. Hotel services were overall above the standard, room space was pretty big enough, staff were friendly. Breakfast had many options for all people. Beach was 6 minutes on walking there but it was not a ideal one for likely swimmers, swimming pools were pretty well. Hotel was very close to many restaurants & night markets shops, The overall of this hotel was very nice.

I learned cocktail class with son. He is very friendly thank you!! And very delicious. If possible i want to take a class one more! It was a good time. Son선생님과 들은 칵테일 수업 너무 좋았어요! 가능하다면 또 듣고 싶어요! 친절하고 이해하기 쉽게 가르쳐주셨어요 다만 너무 더워요 ㅎㅎ 로비에서 수업한답니당 !! 좋은 추억 감사해요
