Hotel well located in central Parma . Near to main shopping & cultural centre . Safe parking for guests with cars . Well functioning check in team and front desk . Excellent breakfast … we often stay at this hotel and will continue to do so .

I have been at the hotel many times. I am always impressed by the hospitality and friendlyness of the personnel. I have seen some changes though. The bar has not opened since Covid times. As a Accor member I always got a voucher for a drink at the bar ( when it still was in use) or from the mini bar . The breakfast is the same as always, but the service is a bit slower. The scrambled eggs were not there and it took quite a while to bring new ones. And the rate seems to have gone up quite a bit. Yet, I will be back.
