It was a nice stay... although the weather was not kind this time.

We booked a studio king room with lagoon view. I definitely think the rooms including its furnitures, bathrooms and features are need of an upgrade. The balcony needs a shed as it was raining and all the outdoor furniture were wet and we weren’t able to enjoy much. The breakfast options weren’t as large as we expected, limited options with only bacon as the meat. I would think twice about booking this again.

Pleasant without any major issues. No Nespresso in the unit but this was rectified quickly by the staff. No internet for most of the second day but this was caused by weather and out of your control.

On checkin, as has become my practice, I asked if we had been upgraded. I was advised that we had not as there was a conference on and not upgrade was available. I accepted this (IAW my membership level). The next morning we asked how the conference was going and was advised that there was no conference at the moment. Just wondering how that works with no upgrade offered and was that earlier advice just an excuse. The room was clean, but was tired and in need of some maintenance (painting of walls, toilet cistern leaking, shower needs work). The food in the bar (as restaurant was not operating) was below standard and not what we expect from an ACCOR eatery.
