The room is pretty small, the bathrooms lack drain holes in the non-bath area, so if water spills there, it has no way to drain and dry.

We had and excellent stay. The facilities at the resort are really top class and well maintained. Decent sized rooms and very clean. Food at the in house restaurant was very very good. Excellent chef. Whatever dish we tried, Goan, Chinese, continental was beautifully made. The icing on the cake was the staff who were so warm friendly and did their very best to make us comfortable and feel at home. A special callout to Yash, Shami, Junaf and Bishot who made us feel so welcome. God bless you guys

The room allotted to us was OK. We were not happy as from 2nd day the access card stopped working and it took long for the hotel staff to fix it. We cannot comment on their competency but we can definitely say that he main door access card issue took long for the hotel staff to fix it.

Hotel location was good,at the checkin time they given us room in which proper toilet flush and shower not working,mirror was not hung properly then we complaint to receptionist and got room changed in nearby building. This room is was good but on 2nd stay of stay the housekeeping person knock the door 3 times and as I was in washroom,he opened the door directly which is unacceptable.
