I've stayed here numerous times since years ago. I've recommended this hotel to my friends and at least there were 3 of them staying here as well. It's a 4 star property, however it's a 5 star service and the team here always welcome me back just like their family. Special thanks to Wulan, Bulan, Yuli, Gede and Suzzy at the Front Desk. Thanks to Pak Gede at the restaurant and his lovely team for always VIPing me at breakfast. See you next week.

what a great hotel, very comfortable and nice. my family is very happy to stay here, staff always smile and help us, very friendly. breakfast have a lot of choices, western food, indonesian food……… poole bar very recommended…… will come back again……. Thank you mercure

A clean and safe family-friendly hotel with amazing facilities (2 pools, gym, buffet breakfast). Staff are amazing, cheerful and friendly. Encountered a few faulty amenities (shower head leaking, low water pressure, broken door security latch).

Our first experience was being able to enter this hotel, the lobby was large, clean, greeted by friendly and polite employees... we took the guests to check in, this hotel is very good, close to the crowds, clubs, beaches, shops for shopping for something. So that was a pleasure Happy stay with the crowd at Mercure Legian, nice place🙏🙏
