A clean and safe family-friendly hotel with amazing facilities (2 pools, gym, buffet breakfast). Staff are amazing, cheerful and friendly. Encountered a few faulty amenities (shower head leaking, low water pressure, broken door security latch).

Our first experience was being able to enter this hotel, the lobby was large, clean, greeted by friendly and polite employees... we took the guests to check in, this hotel is very good, close to the crowds, clubs, beaches, shops for shopping for something.
