Only one welcome drink was given to despite my request for 2. Reason given by the manager was company policy to give one if room is single occupancy. I have always been given 2 even though I stayed alone. Housekeeping needs improvements. Cups and glasses were not washed. Food at Premier Club needs improvement and alcoholic drinks would be appreciated. I have been to many Premier Clubs which are very much better than this one. Only plus point was Ms Lou was very helpful.

We are staying 2 nights at Novotel Vintage Phuket Park.I’m coming for my vacation with friends.Location good,they have nice pool and I really appreciate their first service never delay for any requests.Especially thanks you so much Lou for your personalise service and late check out as well.

The staff at the hotel was was lovely. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I was bit disappointed with the cleaning standards. Dust on the shelfs. Shower needed a good scrub. Bath was dirty with some yellow spots. Other wise all good.

A fairly peaceful hotel amidst the bustle of Patong with good sized rooms, pleasant staff ( especially Lou) and a good breakfast. A pity that you have to cross a busy road to get to the beach. Disturbing to note that people were taking naked babies (no nappies/diapers worn) into the pool as this is totally unhygenic plus lots of people ignore the pool dress code with some going in fully clothed. Obviously no pool supervision.

Wow , we just loved this hotel and will definitely be back !! Aircon in family rooms was perfect , my daughter and I had a mummy and me massage , Toy was superb for me ! Room service spot on , easy to get taxi out the front to anywhere , beach very close to walk to . We will only return here as we were so happy . Handy mini mart with street prices inside lobby , pool bar had the best cocktails - nice and strong . Happy hour 2 for 1 and kids loved the cocktails . Lots of nearby cheap massages and shopping :-)
