Window didn't close properly so we could smell someone smoking all night long... Wasn't nice when you have young kids in your room. The bathroom was a bit dangerous when you have a shower, it flooded the whole bathroom so made it slippery when going to the toilet. On a positive the staff were very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable which was a nice.

After returning from work back to the hotel at 3am, once off to sleep the air conditioner kept turning itself on then straight away off after blowing loudly for 4 or 5 seconds. i was unable to control or adjust with the control pad. this continued for around 45 minutes which was quite frustrating so i ended up having to turn the main power switch off so i could get to sleep

I left once I saw the room. Horrible smell in room, fridge door left open, just disgusting. No refund offered & told none available. For a Platinum Loyalty customer I expected more. Told to park at the back as front unsafe due to procimity to Macdonalds customers/hooligans. If I could give negative or zero stars I would.

Rooms uncleaned and dirty

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and the second time the room was not cleaned properly and issues with the room, Under the bed extremely dusty, windows open but covered in cobwebs and spiders so unable to open, bathroom has mould and carpet not fully vacuumed. I am an Accor member and it isn't great appearance for Accor, given that it is the second time.
