The hotel staff ended up eating the products that we have bought from a store. We even had a half bitten candy in the pack. It was one of the most disgusting things i have seen. We had our chocolate opened and our candy eaten. Insane to see in an Accor hotel. We got no reimbursements other than a %5 discount for 1 day. Such a sad situation

Customer service was great, and the executive room was very spacious and clean, with all the extra amenities expected. I was a fan of the water bottles to reduce waste. Good value overall.

Reasonable experience for the price, however a few things weren't ideal. The shower head would not stay in one position and kept sliding to the bottom of the pole whilst insisting on pointing at the wall ! No milk for the coffee / tea in the room No water in the room. No iron in the room.
