Good hotel, clean, big room, good quality of sleeping. The gardens are very beautifull; there is also a nice pool. It is a 30 min walk from the city center and 10 min walk from Bari Centrale.

First, localisation of the hotel is not good. Neighborhood is so ugly, and it is almost 30 minuts walking from city center. Second, in our 4 poeple's room, one bed was a sofa. We knew it, but what we didn't know is that the bedspring and matress will be bad quality. Third, the bar closed at 9 pm, and the restaurant was closed during our stay. So after a long travel, we had to get out, walk 30 minuts under the rain to find somewhere to eat... Fourth, in the spa, hamman were not working. Five, for the breakfeast, there is only one coffee machine. So you will have to wait more than 10 minuts to get only a coffee ... This 5 reasons and more explain the bad rate. This night was definitely not worth €250

We regret that you had the feeling that our breakfast staff ability to respond to your need was not up to your expectations, seeing as we have different units at client's disposal. The hotel was well-located. The only, problem is that the AC was not working. Even though the weather in Bari was surprisingly very hot (considering it was still April), the guests should have certain control on the AC of the room. Breakfast was ok but for its price I expected more but the quality was good.
