The best location in the middle of the town, walking street by 5 min. Great stuff and family atmosphere, and for sure fantastic sea with sandy beach. Nice food

We stayed at the Novotel Palm in April 24 Excellent hotel, great service and the staff are very friendly Hotel iscentrally located and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and well maintained.

I visited this hotel for the third time, because in my opinion it is the best hotel in Naama Bay. It was a very pleasant surprise that not only all the rooms were renovated (bright, clean rooms, comfortable mattresses, a lot of TV channels,...), but also a brand new pool bar! The food is delicious, the selection is really big, the restaurant is also renovated and looks very modern. The staff is neat and helpful. Guest relation Vlada and Roma take great care of the hotel's guests and immediately answer all questions. The beach is very large, there are many sunbeds, there is enough space for everyone. The seashore is convenient for swimming and snorkeling. Very good location of the hotel: near the central street, where you can go shopping and have a great time in cafes and night clubs.

It was really nice resort with very friendly staff. All the managers had very good communication skills ready to answer any queries. Food was really tasty and good quality. Rooms were clean with good air conditioning.

this is the second time of staying in novotal the rooms, food atmosphere is amazing but the staff are really friendly and helpful can’t speak highly of the service a special thank you to roma who made our stay very special will definitely be going back
