ibis Styles Vung Tau always feels like home to me. The comeback stay was amazing and memorable. Mr. Lam, Front Office Supervisor, took care of our booking even before our arrival. He ensure the room was set up for my friend’s birthday and everything was perfect. Ms. Nga from Housekeeping did an amazing job in setting up the room with Happy Birthday theme. Our experience was exceptional thanks to your efforts. Mr. Khoi from Front Office is so friendly and cheerful, made us enjoy our conversation with him. Thank you so much for making our stay special and memorable. I would love to come back in the nearest future.

The service was excellent and facilities were great! Beds were comfortable, breakfast buffet was yummy with good variety of food. Everyone was amazing, special thanks to Duyen and Thu for helping us make the booking. Will definitely be back!

Every staff was very kind.They accepted early check in without charge so my room was already avaiable.The room was also confortable and silence.I like the design of room looks like ocean resort.i liked this hotel.i would like to stay again here next time.

This hotel try’s very hard to deliver excellent service with a very young crew . The breakfast is adequate and they could do with a barista , they serve pot coffee . The pool area does not have enough pillows and cushions for all guests The stairs and railing to the pool area is unstable and needs replacing Close to city centre and opposite beach Good access and close proximity to tourist attractions Special mention to Uyen who was always going above and beyond to deliver good service

Our stay was great. Easy check in with friendly staffs, they offered me early check in when I arrived pretty soon before the check-in time. The room was impeccably clean, the location was perfect in front of the beach, the mattress was very comfortable. Highly recommend! I’d definitely come back!
