所有位置的员工服务意识都很好,英文交流都问题不大。入住离店办理都非常快。房间比较现代,床很舒适。酒店临近范五老街,餐厅选择很多,酒店楼上的牛排店水准也不错。酒店楼下交通便利,有出租车一直在门口等待。早餐选择比较丰富,本地的咖啡也味道不错。总体好评!

停车场通道小,仅仅够7座丰田商务车开进,大床房-大床是2张小床拼凑的,中间感觉还留有一条缝,影响舒适感。

1).房間設計有問題, 浴缸上面那一塊容易讓房客碰撞受傷 2). 晚上半夜兩點有聽到電鑽的噪音, 持續約20~30 分鐘 3). 隔音設備非常差, 半夜聽到樓上用水沖下來的水管水聲, 就一直聽到水管的水聲, 影響睡眠. 4). 住第二晚, 房間的備品零食茶包, 都沒有補

酒店地理位置比较好,临近商业区,出行非常方便,从机场到酒店非常近,如果不堵车的话大约半小时,打车大概50元人民币左右。因为我是通过雅高官网的手机APP直接预订的(我是金卡),酒店提前就给我升级好了房型,还安排了欢迎水果和贺卡。房间非常不错,干净整洁,各种服务设施完善,上网方便也很方便,wifi覆盖 ,住起来比较舒适。酒店前台经理、给我办理入住的服务员、行李生的服务态度很好,友好热情,而且很周到。早餐不错,口味丰富,欧式、亚洲及伊斯兰风味等满足了不同的口味需求,特别是早餐的咖啡,现场冲泡、强烈推荐!为了这壶咖啡,就值得吃这份早餐!前台经理还赠送给我了两张赠饮券,可以到31楼的天吧(半开放式)去喝上一杯,欣赏胡志明市的夜景!下次如果商务出行还选这里,但是官网的价格貌似还略高于其它旅行网站,有些令人费解,瑕不掩瑜,值得推荐。

前台的工作人员非常专业而且耐心,哪怕我们英语水平不高,也非常有耐心地未我们讲解,并为我们提供服务。帮助我们兑换纸币、预约餐厅。 不过在第三天的早上,可能因为前台的失误,打了个电话问我们为什么还不下来参加湄公河的一日游,当时有点懵逼,和工作人员说了他们这边资料出错,他们刚开始还是比较执着,后来就了解以后就挂掉电话了。在这个电话之后没有再给我们有解释,会让我们有点担心是不是我们自己出错了或者操作失误,感觉以后可以有一个反馈电话会让顾客更加安心。 其他的服务都很好很棒,谢谢你们。
