I always have troubles when checking in. I wondered if the accord membership controlling system at Pullman is working well or not. I’m Silver member until Dec 2021and have registered at Pullman Vung Tau, but when I checked in the receptionist kept on telling me that I’m classic members and of course I could not receive any welcome benefits. I’m tired of explaining to Receptionist at Pull Man Vung Tau It is not the first time I have this troubles and feeling. The welcome benefits are not much to me, but I feel the service is not as valued as 4 or 5 star hotel and accord members are not cared enough

the receptionist were very pleasant, nice hotel. the room was clean, the breakfast was generous, i love it, congraduation for this effort, beacause it is difficult period for everybody, but direction still keep delicous food, perfect cuisine and great service. i will recommend your hotel to my friends.Thank alls

Jacques and David warmly welcome all accor members to the hotel. The treatment was best of the best. Everything is perfect. Sparkling Wine added in the breakfast was a paradise. Just wish to return as soon as i can. Lien (F&B) always remembered my request in the previous stays and tried hard to ensure my perfect stay

Wasted NY's eve

stayed in the hotel for New Year's eve. Restaurant and room service closed at 10-30 pm. I tried to order cocktail from the bar at 11pm was closed also. Empty minibar and snack bar in the room. First time in my live since childhood I was waiting NY's countdown with soda. All staff leave the hotel 1 hour before midnight. Just no sense to explain, wasted new year eve... Staff in the restaurant unfriendly and unqualified, no smile, no any welcome, especially guys with poker faces from hotpot area look like they make last omelet in your live. Western menu is very far from original receipts. Definitely not recommended western menu in the restaurant just you'll waste your money for salad leaves with mayo. Dear manager, please search in the google how Cesar salad looks like and what your 'chef' cook, absolutely disaster! Serve expired salami for breakfast is not a good idea also. I checked inn only for one night, when I asked reception about late checkout they say that hotel fully booked, but there was many rooms available for booking with the same rate. Finally, as an Accor member I didn't get any benefits, as usual by the way. I guess coz they totally do not know any info about loyalty program, Accor management in Vietnam is absolutely ZERO!

Not a true 5-stars hotel, poor customer service, never stay again

We arrive around 1pm and check in was smooth. The room is okay, but quite surprise that no bathtub. Breakfast is lower than our expectation, not good as other 5-stars brands which we have chance to stay. And on the second day we got lock out for about 30 mins because the door lock was out of battery, when I went to the reception area to ask when they can get us in, there are receptionists and a technician there and they just told me to wait because they just have gone somewhere and now they were looking to the system, later on one of the receptionist told me the door opened and we could come in. Just that, no apology at all. Poor customer service. We never stay here again

Everything was good except 1 staff at the bar. She never smile and never response when we talk to her. Breakfast buffet on the weekend is too crowded. Room very clean, comfortable. Swimming pool is little bit weird

Cool stay in hot city

The hotel was great, and exactly what I've come to expect from the ACCOR group. The facilities were running at nearly 100%, and back almost to normal post-COVID shutdown. The staff was kind enough to upgrade my reservation to the next level room, in a very lovely setting with fantastic ocean view. I enjoyed tapas and a salad for dinner at the lobby lounge, with a few pints of Jasmine IPA that was also very nice. I will stay with the Pullman during my reguar visits to Vung Tau, Thanks & Good Job!

I have to leave hotel at 6:30 am for working. 30 minutes is not enough to enjoy breakfast. Specially rice noodle was delayed so I could not enjoy rice noodle. The “care” for elite members is a big minus point. I dont feel welcome tho. Or maybe the new year makes them all lazy to maintain the high standard of 5star hotel service?! The hotel really need to focus back on what they have done so good before!

the room was great, well equipped and clean. a good stay overall. The only deception was the saturday buffet dinner which was served with an included awful wine. we tried to order another bottle of wine but many of the wine list is out of order. actually half of the bottles in the cellar are empty, and are just for decoration, which is very strange.

We are disappointed for the service. This hotel promotes the groups ( seminar or tourist bus) same if you are membership. Nothing privilege for the memberships except checking 11th floor. More the hostess forgets to activate our card for the elevator. Very noisy.

Our family is from Ho Chi Minh city so Vung Tau is our most visited city during our weekend. Pullman wasn't our first choice as we used to stay in other hotels whose services've satisfied our needs. One time, we had Saturday buffett dinner at Pullman. My husband and my daughter loved the asmostphere there so we booked 2 nights at Pullman for our next trip. And here why we were very disappointed: 1. We arrived at the hotel at 3pm to check in and had to wait a hour to get our room because, as they said, the curtain in our room fell off (really??). The receptionist also asked me to sign different papers with complicated process. After I was so angry because my daughter and my husband are too tired of waiting, they gave our room. 2. Breakfast is soo crowded and noisy. They took tours from different companies so the hotel was full of people. Taking foods for breakfast was so stessful. No baby seat for my daughter. 3. Next day afternoon was a bit better since all people from tours were gone. My family took a walk outside the hotel and when we gone back, no electricity. I had to call the receptionist and they took a blame on the technical problem. But I am sure that they turned off the eletricity for the entire area as they think that nobody left. Only Saturday buffet dinner was still good but it wasn't included. I just needed to stay at other hotels and booked a buffet when I wanted. Overall I don't think the hotel service is worth 5* or even 4*. Very dissappointed.

On check-in, the employee's clothes smelled badly. Even though I've been snoring and I've asked for a late checkout, it's like this and that, and I'm checking out at 11:00 without saying a word... I was dumbfounded. I wouldn't be here unless it was late checkout. Especially, there was a bad smell of cigarette.s

I often visit this hotel when I come to Vung Tau. This is a great place for you on your business trip or relax with your family. Great restaurant, you should enjoy international breakfast and seafood buffet on Saturday at Riviera restaurant. Nice staff. Beautiful and luxury decoration swimming pool to check in. Just take 5 mins to the private beach by buggy. The elevator will make your children interesting. Don't forget to enjoy milktea at the lobby. We really had a nice holiday there.

Location - Good Breakfast - Good Service - Very poor, inflexible Swimming Pool - Small, badly maintain. Can barely open eyes under water due to chemical or unclean water Beach - Average. Sea buds everywhere unable to get into water No welcome drink for Accor Gold Member. I would have thought this 5-Star resort deserve good rating but sorry I won't go back this Pullman Resort Hotel.

For the hotel swimming pool on the 2nd floor, please rest assured that we always have one duty staff monitor the chemical level twice per day which has been recorded on the notice board right at the pool area to ensure the water safety and clean for Guests. However, if you were referring to the pool at the beach, as that pool is shared with another hotel, please do let me know and we will discuss with them. We do our own tests there too to guaranty the safety and cleanliness of the water. We don't have any power on their decoration. However, we are glad that you found our location convenient and enjoyed the Pullman breakfast. After several visits to Pullman properties in both Europe and Asia, the one in Vung Tau is so far the most impressive. From the remarkable design, the spacious modern room to the sumptuous breakfast, it's difficult to find flaw in this hotel. I would like to send my special thanks to Mr. Huy who is very attentive and helpful, as well as the whole staff. You guys make my stay memorable!

I stayed at Pullman for 1 night only. Due to an incident upon our arrival, we were upgraded to the executive room. The room was really nice, spacious and much better than our expectation. Breakfast have lots of choices. They have 2 pool, one inside the hotel which is ok but the water was very cold in the morning and another is on the beach. The staff were very friendly and nice. Wonderful stay!
