Dear Ms Y. H., We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Mercure Vung Tau. Besides, I would love to hear more in details about your concerns relating to the price on Agoda which you mentioned to be more expensive. On the other hand, may I suggest you to join on our Loyalty Program Accor Live Limitless or your might be entitled to Silver level if you register for Accor Plus program which benefit includes discount of Food & Beverage up to 50%, stays, complimentary room night, and room upgrade, etc..?
