Excellent service at Flow

The Fairmont at the Palm has been our hotel of choice whenever we have visited Dubai. On our last visit in March, we ate at Flow and Sea Breeze. This year we have dined solely in Flow. The restaurant has obviously had a considerable renovation and now is much more modern and spacious. The food is of a very high standard and is easy to view in the numerous stations. Our greatest praise, however, goes to the staff in the restaurant. Each one is invariably happy and polite. Tables are cleared efficiently and each time that we have dined here, a member of staff has asked us if everything was satisfactory and was there anything else that they could do. The hotel should be very proud of their staff.

Always a nice place to spend the day and Shakeel took good care of us!❤️ We enjoyed a lot the pool and the beach! The food is good and very prompt food delivery by the pool! The pool is surrounded by palm trees and gives you a plasent stay in the sade!

Amazing place! Everyone is so helpfull and friendly, especially Shakeel who makes our day at the pool and makes everyone smile ❤️ The rooms are amazing and always clean. Location is great. Looking forward to fome again! Thank you for everything

I want to share my experience at Fairmont The Palm. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and incredible service. This trip was a celebration and we thought that this hotel would be the perfect location. Upon arrival, Roiu, Rameen, and Mariam greeted us and directed us to a quiet area for check-in. Although our room wasn’t quite ready, we were offered access to the pool. I had informed the hotel in advance about our celebration, and it was clearly noted. As a result, we were upgraded to a Suite (909), which was an incredible and spacious room. Since we had booked a Gold room, we had access to the club lounge. I highly recommend paying the extra for this as it allows for a quiet breakfast, afternoon tea daily from 2-4 pm, and evening drinks with canapes from 5-7 pm. The staff in the lounge, especially Allen and Myint, provided excellent service. Their attention to detail was second to none, and they truly made our 7-day stay perfect. I would also advise adding the Half Board package as all the restaurants are fantastic, especially Baldly Asia, Little Miss India, and Seafire Grill. The hotel is the perfect place to unwind with several pools, an adults-only pool area, a fantastic beach, and walking distance to several beach clubs. I visit Dubai 1-2 times per year and I will definitely be staying here more often.
