Excellent hotel , service 100% , friendly staff, breakfast excellent choices, bed so comfortable, pool area great too , the walk along the sea front is lovely , area so clean and cafe bars excellent, thank you for a lovely stay , hopefully we will be back sometime soon.

I have stayed here for at least 8 times but the check in experience was different this time. After staying so many times you would at least expect a bit more gratitude towards returning customers. The couple next to us got the free upgrade towards the garden but our hostess didn’t feel for it and gave us a noisy room even though I told her that I was a terrible sleeper. Then I got a very noisy room with lots of traffic but also other noises from closing doors etc. But the worst part was the bed. It was broken in in two places and got no rest from it. The lounge area was also noisy and the seats were outdated. They also changed the free parking for their guest since the beginning of this year. The next time I will try the Renaissance hotel on the other side of the street. Shame…

Excellent location, great staff and enjoyable experience. The hotel is located very centrally, walking distance from the staff abd the staff were genuinely helpful. Bahri, the concierge, was so helpful with information, recommendations for places to eat and visit and on the last day, even sorted out the packaging if a painting that a friend had gifted us at the last minute. Nupelda was extremely helpful, always attentive and so positive and vibrant. A really positive experience and highly recommended.

Great location, many great places. Only a 3 minute walk to the ferry. Well trained and pleasant staff, we had a particularly wonderful experience with Doĝansu at breakfast. Great facilities as well, including indoor and outdoor pool and an expansive spa.
