Dear Guest, As a hotel affiliated with the Accor Hotel Group, we have guest acceptance procedures in place, and these procedures are standard across our entire group. During the reservation process, it is necessary to provide information about any additional guests who will be staying in the room. If this information is not provided, we are unable to register a second guest in the room. For potential issues related to reservations and payments made through online sites such as Booking.com, these sites will be able to assist you. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your recent stay with us. Our rooms are inspected and prepared by our housekeeping team. We believe that the issue you mentioned with the quilt was a misunderstanding, likely due to it being very neatly folded and mistaken for a sheet. As part of an international hotel chain, we apologize for the communication difficulties you experienced. We are committed to providing the necessary training to all our staff to overcome language barriers. The mentioned online travel agency has been restricted by the Turkish Government for hotel reservations within Turkey.
