Staff helpful, friendly and efficient. Room was big, clean and tastefully presented. Bed was comfortable. All additionals provided. Device charges were good and plenty. WiFi was free but on our last day, did not work too well. The Hotel was located within walking distance of the Pike Place Market, Space Tower. Please note the area has very steep hills and steps. Plenty of food outlets, in addition to those within the Hotel. What I didn’t like: Coffee machine was too small. Everything else, including water, was pay for as you use. I don’t like to see that in a Hotel. Check out was easy.

I was impressed with this hotel! It has a great Scandinavian style, and it is very clean. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. We booked a small suite and in the photos it had a sofa bed, however the actual room had two armchairs. They brought up a rollaway bed super quick and without charge. The location was VERY convenient. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Market, 20 to the Seattle Center. Many restaurants within walking distance. We took the train from the airport and the walk from the closest station was about 15 min slightly uphill.

Reception was efficient, room very modern and roomy with excellent shower. However, housekeeping did not service the room during our three night stay
