The hotel is located in a great area. A lot of nature all around you, quiet and mindfulness. The facilities in the hotel are maintained properly and the kid was amazed from them. It appears that every toy in the hotel was designed to the small details. Variety of activities as shows for the kids, water park and dry park. There are ducks in the river in the yard of the hotel.

When booking I wrote 1 adult and 3 kids by mistake. In the notes, at the booking page I mentioned that we will be 2 adults with 3 kids and I also emailed to notify. When I checked in I was surprised by the fact that reception was surprised and I was asked to pay more. Now this might make sense but when you check in you are expecting piece of mind and serenity. This was not ok….

The hotel is incredible! we had a great time.. The staff was so nice and welcoming, the hotel and the room was so clean and neat. The food concepts were cool and tasty, with a nice variety. The kids oriented facilities are awesome. We had a great time and will definitely recommend to our friends and family.
