Good Breakfast and Location, other areas have room for improvement

Stayed in Mercure Tokaj for 5 nights to visit the region. Main highlight was extensive breakfast - very good. Room had lots of stink bugs on the balcony due to the weather, but not much can be done about this. Downsides - Shower had mold and mildew everywhere.. could have stood for a more thorough cleaning. AC did not work in the room, and at night even when it was off it blew warm air. We asked 4 different employees at reception to fix this and they said “we cannot do anything.” Not good. We would like to visit the region again, but likely will not stay at Mercury Tokaj.

It was a good hotel and good package , but we could not go out to the balcony due to lot of bugs flying in the balcony
