No hot water: no apologies or compensation

I recently stayed at the hotel for friend’s birthday (20-24 June), I had no hot water in my room throughout the stay, there was no notification whatsoever from the management but I did hear other guests saying one of the hot water pipe was broken, affected large part of the rooms. I did mention this to front desk but they only responded they are aware of the case but gave no apologies or compensation.

Good stay with family and friends. Bad odour was coming from WC even without any poop. Water at shower was too hot early morning and cold in the evening. Check your pneumatic system on even water supply to shower/ faucet.

Well located hotel on beach located in small cove with some shops and restaurnts, with ferry to Formentera and to Old Town directly out front. Some teething problems with smell coming from shower area. Breakfast extensive and nice view from terrace. Mexican restaurant in hotel ok though cocktails were expensive. Pool area nice with a cool vibe.

Had a great stay at Hyde, facilities were great and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent with amazing sea views and fully equipped with all mod cons, couldn’t fault this hotel on anything and look forward to my return
