The staff was very professional. There was access to everything from the hotel. The room was clean and the shower was spacious. I am always going to stay there if I need a hotel in Medellin

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing, very helpful and courteous. Room was comfortable and clean. I was on the 18th floor which had an amazing view of the city. We had over 40 family members installed in the same building and it was very inconvenient to go from our floor to theirs. Key only gives you access to your room floor. The elevator took long time even though there are 4 of them. Sometimes the floor number will turn off even after using the key. The taxi they provided way overcharged for one ride. I made complaints about this online and in person but never heard back.
