Food in restaurant was inedible: - meat tough, vegetables so burnt as to be extraordinary they actually served them - potato mash was so runny couldn't get onto cutlery - explained to waitress but she wasn't interested - prices are quality restaurant prices, but food totally unacceptable - desert was straight out of the freezer and had to but cut-up to able to eat - told manager at register, and he quickly took off the bill (appeared he was not surprised) - talking to residents of this city, they indicated "everybody knows that restaurant is no good" Would not eat in the hotel restaurant again. Whilst the hotel is of good standard and convenient location the inconvenience of distance to alternative restaurants is a reason to not rebook this hotel. The restaurant could bring this hotel down.
