Staff never explain anything unless your Italian and there not helpful at all had to ask how to exit from the car park and you need to get a token from reception, had to ask for the WiFi and she said 22ibis.final and I tried entering it and the word final dosnt exist final means “stop at the dot” they need better global knowledge and help foreigners not disregard them cause they can’t communicate in Italian Won’t visit again.

We stayed in the new building and the rooms were great and the front desk was extremely helpful with whatever we needed

Right in the center of the old town of Heraklion, a very comfortable and modern hotel. Convenient to everything. We had a car and the system for 'valet' parking in the garage was simple to use, 9 euro/day. Tip: pull right in to park to the "Central Parking" right next to the hotel when you arrive, just get your ticket stamped when you check in. Only negative was from time to time we smelled smoke that must have come through the vents from other rooms.
