We arrived early, around 10 a.m., and the accommodating staff arranged for us to check in early. The room was spacious, and our stay was enjoyable. However, if I were to suggest a few improvements for the hotel, they would be: * Providing a selection of pillows. The ones provided were satisfactory, but not quite firm enough. * During our three-night stay, it seemed we only saw the cleaning staff once. It's possible the hotel has a policy of cleaning rooms every other day, but this wasn't clear to us. By the second day, we had waited until 3 p.m. with no one coming by to clean the room. We had to request fresh towels and teabags ourselves. On the plus side, the breakfast was great!

Mostly a good experience. Don't leave anything you value laying around.

The hotel itself was lovely, the room very nice. It was in a good spot in town. We had no problems until the second last day when we went out for about 6 hours only to come back and find my Apple airpods were missing from our room. The find my app showed that was where I'd left them that morning. We checked the room itself multiple times even though we knew exactly where they were when we left but never saw the again. This was a highly disappointing end to our stay.
