Third time at this hotel and it never disappoints- the pool is beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. The corporate centre is also very good. I willl say that drinks are very expensive if you’re not on business. But overall it is a gorgeous hotel in a lovely location!

Love the villa feel of this place! Makes me feel as though I'm in Bali, even without leaving Singapore! Wonderful buffet breakfast with a delectable spread. Special shout-out to our chirpy waitresses Penny and Bono who made us feel welcome!

Dear Sofitel Sentosa Team, I would like to thank the whole team for the wonderful stay my family and I had at your hotel from 11 to 13 October 2024. Our staycation was truly remarkable, which besides the beautiful environment, filled with lush greenery that added to the serene escape, I must commend you for the excellent service throughout the hotel. The service we received from your staff was outstanding. Each morning, we were greeted with warmth and kindness by the breakfast team, who navigated the busy crowd with grace and efficiency. A special mention goes to the uncle at the egg station; his ability to remember guests' orders while juggling multiple requests was impressive. I also appreciated the attentive lifeguards at the pool, who ensured the safety of all guests, particularly the children. Their friendly demeanor made everyone feel at ease. Lastly, a big thank you to Mike from room service. His friendliness and sense of responsibility truly stood out, adding to our overall positive experience. The dedication and professionalism of your staff make them more than deserving of a five-star rating; they are the true treasures of Sofitel Sentosa. Thank you for a memorable experience!
