This hotel is located not too far from the airport and next the train station where you can go many places in the town. Breakfast is highly satisfied. All dishes taste good. The bed is super comfy and make me get good sleep every 4 night of my stay.

The team in restaurant very helpful because my father wants to eat watermelon. The whole team helps me to cut and delivery to my room. I am very appreciate for their team work. I am sorry that I can't remember all their names.

thanks for perfect stay to mark san. he explained everything for me. also provided me all platinum benefits without any mistake. i can feel omotenashi with this hotel . Comparing to the price, this hotel is beyond expectation. recommend to stay if go to okinawa. i definitely will stay here again if i have chance to go to okinawa.

Hotel is located right in front of the monorail station, very convenience. Room was clean and has nice view over looking river and park. Only a downside is that wish the room is bigger has seating area.

We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Mercure Okinawa Naha. We are happy to know that you found the location of our hotel convenient. Indeed, there are lots of supermarkets nearby and even a drugstore. Yui rail is also just situated in front of our hotel, which makes the access to the city center easier. Regarding the lack of seating space in the room, this time we booked a 16 square meter room, so there was no space for that. We have a larger room with a sofa, so please consider this next time you stay with us.
