Hotel was good. Staff were super friendly and the location was brilliant. I also appreciated that the staff did not turn off my A/C during the day which happens at other places. Only thing that let me down was the picture of the room on the accor site felt a little misleading. It shows a big couch. I knew the room was on the smaller side at 18m2, but the photo made it look like there was a bed and couch. The room we got had no chair or couch - just the bed. It also had a big wardrobe in the room and a Stange corner space that probably could have housed the wardrobe except for the a/c in that space (a strange location). We were also woken up by other guests who were outside drinking late into the night at a table. Finally - I never got the accor status welcome gift/drink which is the first time ever at an accor location.
