The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location is extremely convenient for staying in Belfast and using the bus station. However, the hotel is a noisy and many of the younger guests seem to lack an understanding of not interrupting sleeping guests later at night. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to request a quiet area in the hotel.

Decent hotel, comfortable rooms

Comfortable stay, staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was poor. Ridiculous you have to pay £2 to leave your case with reception. Rooms fairly clean and comfortable.

Enjoy cental belfast stay

Friendly staff, nice layout downstairs with clean and well designed compact rooms. Was staying over from a friend's birthday party in Belfast and this saved the hassle of early morning taxis and crowds in Belfast. Great location and would book again without hesitation next time in Belfast.

Very basic, expensive , in need of care and attention.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Very basic. More like a hostel, however, very expensive. Toilet seat loose. Hairdryer air vents blocked, so cutting out- dangerous. No extention lead available for cpap machine told to buy my own. Bedding torn - given replacement duvet cover to put on ourselves. No GF Cereals. Ran out of GF bread, despite prior notification. Ground floor toilets not cleaned. No toilet paper in holders. Card entry on lift not operating - No entry security. Adding up to poor quality accommodation for high room charges applied.

Great staff

Great staff, very helpful, couldn’t do enough for my party, and other guests I noticed, however the rooms were awful, almost open plan with the toilet not even having a door, it was basically a wooden board without a lock, and the shower and sink being next a bed. My group had two rooms and they were both the same.
