We spent 3 nights in the hotel. It was wonderful time. The location is very central. It was a little bit noisy from the street, but we were happy to be in the center of tourist activity after a few days in the quiet and remote Movenpic. The room had an unusual design: It had steps and zoning. I liked it. An excellent view from the balcony. It so great: you can lay in the bed and watch the sea. Good breakfasts. Friendly people. Wonderful hotel.

Excellent dinner experience at Novotel s Seafood Dinner Buffet . Tonight had a Korean theme but all of the dishes I had were very good. Oysters , clams , shrimp , sushi plus salmon and all of the offerings were excellent. All fresh seafoods plus one dish was also great was the pork lenchon. Further I want to thank all of the staff that served me and made my first visit a very enjoyable experience. My compliments to all of the staff Thank you Ms Thanh Kuong, Huy, Thuyen, ,Trang , and Nguyen. All of the dinner staff were great and so welcoming I just wanted to mention them all as they made it very pleasurable. .nice Accor experience. 👌highly recommend if your visiting Nha Trang. The buffet pricing is exceptional for the quality and items on the buffet. Plus beach view’s.

We had a fantastic stay at Novotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to a stunning beach right opposite the hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our family feel right at home. The reception staff at InBalance Spa were particularly wonderful, providing excellent service and a relaxing experience. While the swimming pool is on the smaller side and the view isn't the best, it didn't matter much as we spent most of our time at the beautiful beach. A great choice for families with kids! P/s: I love breakfast and dining at Novotel Nha Trang with reasonable price. One of the best breakfast at hotel, in my opinion. The buffet dining is great with many choices, free beer and soft drinks, reasonable price. We enjoyed the seafood buffet 3 nights, good choice. Appraisal for Novotel Nha Trang kitchen team

Novotel has exceeded my expectations as a 4-star hotel. It seems to be doing the right thing by prioritizing customer's experiences and people training. View of the ocean, room hygiene and sound proofing were first class. I strongly commend Hoa at the front desk and Huong in The Square restaurant for their professionalism, going beyond their duty to be humanly helpful, and their great attention to details. The breakfast bar could have been even better if the Vietnamese noodle soups were more authentic, but the rest of the dishes were great. The Vietnamese coffee must be very good as they often run out if I come down to the restaurant a bit late. Overall, I have had a great experience, and this is not my first time to Nha Trang. Thank you, Novotel. I hope to be able to enjoy the same of these high standards on my next trip to Nha Trang.
