I have a very comfortable stay at the hotel with well located area near train station, market place and Karlsruhe palace. My only feedback is to have an area or desk with chair for working in the room.

Overall I was quite satisfied expect 2 points that could be improved. Kitchen closes at 21:30 which is somewhat early as please consider guests travelling from far away who can arrive late at night. We were refused service at 21:34. The second point is to consider acquiring some normal blankets as for some people like myself it is not possible to sleep with the duvet for medical reasons. No need to add one in every room, just get some in case someone asks for one. Thanks
