There are some design issues that prevent a positive feedback 1. Air-conditioning compressor is located outside the window and is noisy as it faces the room. 2. Pillows are flat. 3. Toilet paper holder is located at awkward position and the design does not allow smooth dispensation of paper. 4. No kettle, no iron, no drinking water provided. 5. Light switches are not intuitive.

We were greeted and welcomed by hotel staff at the front desk. We were able to receive a 10% discount because I am All Accor member. I was glad they were able to accommodate us in a higher level room with a good view of the eixo. The room was clean and the water pressure of the shower was great! Overall, my husband and I had a good stay and we will be returning in the future. Thank you!

A very neat hotel with a perfect location. The room was not very large but had everything necessary, except from an electric kettle and and iron, perhaps. I also enjoyed the breakfasts served. The members of the staff were always very polite and helpful.
