Our daughter is doing research in Epinal. We stayed here while we were visiting her. We know very little French and we were worried about our stay. The hotel made us feel comfortable and welcome. In fact most of the town made us feel welcome and were patient with us. We enjoyed our days in Epinal much more then the days we spent in Paris.

Our room was spacious and the breakfast nice but parking was an issue. Since we were told that the parking was full we were told to park up the hill. That was difficult with large luggage. The location was good for walking into the city and along the river. It is not too far to the American Military Cemetery.

All in all a nice place to stay.we had a great suite with 2 rooms that had been recently renovated, the spa and pool area are a little older but nice and relaxing, my teenage sons enjoyed it a lot and I did too.

In general not bad, the staff is supportive. The garage is too narrow, and I was placed at first floor where the construction works were in place which was a bit annoying because of smell and overall impression
