This hotel needs a serious upgrade or a change of brand because it does not represent the Novotel brand at all. Very dissatisfied. Room size, cleanness of the bathtub, only one towel for 4 people, toiletries, very limited choices in the breakfast.

We have been using Novotel for over 40 years and stay in Macon regularly. Although the rooms are being improved the hotel looks shabby and the breakfast has deteriorated-No scrambled or fried eggs,no individual butter and many other little things which makes you think costs are being cut too much Hopefully things will improve before next year

Smelt bad the room was mouldy

No hot water

Just driven for 12 hours and no hot water for a shower. Reception did not warn us and no real apology when we reported it. We hate the fact that you cannot have a menu to hold, you have to scan a QR code. Instead of seeing at a glance what's on the menu you have to navigate each section. Only one of us had our phone so it took ages.

Old and dirty

This hotel needs full renovation. Room are old, bathroom outdated and dirty. Restaurant is ok but quality of food is less than average while prices are high. Breakfast is limited though buffet style. I stayed there on points and still regrets spending this much for 2 rooms for a night
