From arrival to departure, everything went exceptionally well. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive to detail. We appreciated our upgrade and enjoyed the facilities. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and local delicacies to savour. The afternoon and evening shows were excellent and highly recommended. Overall, we had a truly memorable stay at Pullman Xishuangbanna.

雅高白金会员，一家三口出行。提前3天发邮件，宾客服务中心给升级了套房，入住非常满意，早餐和自助晚餐都很好吃，有很多民族特色小吃，服务非常好，室内和室外泳池都非常干净。整个酒店非常大，绿化很好，但是蚊子有点多，需要注意防蚊。总的来说，这次入住十分满意，下次还来。
