كانت الاقامه بشكل عام جميله وفريق العمل خاصة فالمطعم والبار ودود جدا ولكن تعرضت لمشكله بصفه يوميه فالغرفه وهي كل يوم كنت ارجع للغرفه مساء ألاقي برص فالغرفه واتصلت علي الرسبشن وارسلوا ليه شخص خلصني من المشكله واخرج البرص ولكن تكررت ايضاً المشكله فاليوم التاني والتالت ووجدت برص ايضاً فالرجاء الرجاء النظر في هذا الأمر وإيجاد حل للقضاء علي الأبراص في المنتجع حفاظا علي تقييم الاوتيل وشكرا جزيلا
