It’s great to hear that you appreciated the professional and friendly service from our staff, as well as the relaxing atmosphere at the beach and the Top of the Rocks Bar. We also value your suggestions regarding the pool area, the signature system for all-inclusive meals, and music at the bar. The current signature system helps ensure that bookings for different meal plans (BB, HB, AI) are correctly managed. We understand that it can sometimes be cumbersome, and we are actively working on a more efficient solution for the future that will eliminate the need for plastic bracelets and streamline the process. We are also grateful for your observation regarding room cleaning and privacy.
