Dear Mr. A., Thank you very much for taking the time to share your wonderful feedback with us. We are truly touched by your kind words and delighted to know that Mövenpick Resort El Quseir feels like a second home to you. Knowing that you appreciate the warm smiles, comfortable accommodations, breathtaking views, peaceful atmosphere, safety, and privacy means a great deal to us. Your comment that you would like to live here forever is one of the most beautiful compliments we could receive. We are also grateful for your recognition of our team members, Ali and Mohammed Ali, at the main pool bar. We will be delighted to share your appreciation with them. Your kind words about their friendly service and welcoming smiles will certainly make their day. Thank you as well for your constructive feedback regarding the dinner variety. We highly value your comments and would like to mention that we offer a different dinner theme every evening throughout the week. Our themed buffets include International and Mediterranean nights, Swiss Oriental cuisine, French specialties, Asian cuisine, and Egyptian buffet evenings, providing a varied culinary experience for guests staying longer periods. Nevertheless, we appreciate your observations and will continue working on enhancing our dining experience. We are also pleased that you noticed our sustainability efforts and food initiatives. We would like to highlight that we have fully implemented our zero-plastic initiative throughout the hotel, starting from glass bottled water to wooden key cards for guest rooms, as part of our ongoing commitment to protecting the environment and promoting responsible hospitality.
