Regarding your request for an itemised invoice the evening before your departure, we would like to clarify that our system generates the final itemised invoice on the date of departure. This ensures that all charges, including the final night's accommodation, are accurately reflected. If the invoice is prepared the night before, the last night's accommodation has not yet been posted to the account and therefore would not appear on the final statement. We appreciate your understanding and your feedback, as it helps us identify opportunities to better communicate our processes while continuing to improve the guest experience.
