Dear Ms. M., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re happy to hear you appreciated our location, modern design, and the smooth experience with our team, check-in, and check-out. At the same time, we’re sorry that certain aspects of your room did not fully meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the towel freshness, lighting in the bathroom, and room furnishings have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for further review. We also appreciate your feedback on the air-conditioning system and will take this into consideration for future improvements. Your input is very valuable in helping us improve the guest experience.
