Dear Michael, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your experience fell short of our usual standards. Only our executive and long-stay rooms are equipped with a table and chair suitable for working on a laptop for an extended time. We can also bring an extra table and chair to the room if needed. We deeply regret not recognizing your need for a table and chair. Our housekeeping team conducts thorough inspections between guests, and we will review your stay with our team. Regarding bathroom amenities, we have two separate towels, one is indeed rough and the second one is softer. The experience is is different for each guest and we understand that this may not have been to your liking. We provide room service but we will check with our staff why this service was not available to you. We apologize for this oversight. We also apologize for our housekeeping team trying to clean your room after check out time. The information was not present at our team that you preferred a late check out. The spacious layout extends to our bathrooms, providing ample room for comfort. However, we sincerely apologize that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our maintenance team has been notified about the bathroom door issue. We regret the inconvenience with the pancake preparation and have adjusted the settings of our breakfast equipment.
