We are pleased that you found the room to your liking, with its comfortable furnishings and amenities designed to make your stay enjoyable. Our accommodations are thoughtfully equipped to provide both relaxation and functionality. We also acknowledge your concern regarding the desk space in the room, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We strive to provide a complete work environment for all our guests and provide rooms with a desk in our executive and long-stay rooms. However, we regret to hear that our evening meal selection did not meet your expectations, and that you encountered delays with our room service. We understand how important timely and satisfying dining experiences are for our guests, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Additionally, we are sorry to learn that the communication with our staff was not as attentive as we aim for it to be. Finally, it is great to hear that our breakfast was to your satisfaction. Dear guest, Thank you very much for your kind words! We are glad that you were satisfied with our spacious room and the convenient location of the hotel. However, we noticed that you mentioned that there was no refrigerator in the room. We understand that this may have caused you inconvenience and we apologize for it. Please understand that although our standard rooms do not have refrigerators, our executive rooms do have a refrigerated minibar. We hope to provide you with more considerate services in the future. Finally, we are also glad that you appreciate our parking fee discount and the cleanliness of the room. Next time you visit, we hope you can also enjoy Kralingse Bos Park or other attractions in the city, which are just a few steps away from the hotel. Regarding the interaction with our staff, we are sorry to hear that you felt your presence was not properly acknowledged, particularly during breakfast and at the bar. Our Longstay and Executive rooms typically feature a work-friendly environment, and we regret any oversight in this area. The table in the standard room is not ideal to work on for prolonged time. Our executive and long stay rooms only offer a full desk for those who require a dedicated workspace.
