Great spot to stay, very convenient, within walking distance from the center of Rotterdam and a few nice pubs. Clean rooms and friendly and cosy atmosphere.

Great location but lacklustre staff/service.

Offered 2 drink vouchers if we waived room service. We wanted room service. Despite asking for room service it was only met 50% of the time of our stay. Obviously the hotel undervalues the role of cleaners - 2 drink vouchers if!! The staf were cheerful but not very responsive.

Evening reception staff not attentive as previous stays

This is my third stay at this hotel. It is centrally located and Jumbo supermarket is a stone's throw away. The room was clean. No complaints at all. I loved the pillows. Initially, when I checked in the room I was allocated, the air-conditioning wasn't working properly. After a few words with reception, they changed my room without hesitation. The receptionist explained that he was from a different hotel and was covering due to the staff were on an away day. He was very pleasant. There had been a change of staff since my last stay and I found that they paid little attention to customers in the evening. I walked into the hotel after 10pm they did not greet me, busy chatting to themselves.

A good-clean hotel in a great location with friendly staff. I didn’t eat there so I can’t comment on that but overall a good experience. The location was perfect and room facing the canal is preferable. There is handy supermarket across the road too.

This hotel is in the best location in Rotterdam near the Blaak station, the Cube House and the Markthalle.10 -12 minutes walk to Erasmus Bridge. 4 minutes walk to Jumbo supermarket and the station. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wanted to visit Rotterdam and would like to be in the middle of everything this is the place for you.
