Il personale della reception non è stato professionale e collaborativo. Avevamo necessità di una ricevuta per la prenotazione, richiesta in anticipo, malgrado ciò abbiamo dovuto attendere oltre mezz’ora ritardando la partenza. L’hotel è piacevole anche se datato, le porte sono sbucciate e c’è poca insonorizzazione. Ottima e varia la colazione, molto buono il ristorante vista Nilo!

La struttura mi è piaciuta specialmente come architettura e logistica organizzativa. Purtroppo ho avuto alcuni inconveniente piuttosto rilevanti, tra questi il più importante che nella colazione mi era stato detto inizialmente che potevo usufruire un servizio BAR con pagamento dei soli prodotti scelti (visto che in italia usiamo prendere solo 1 cappuccino e 1 cornetto dolce invece che tutto un Buffet), ma questo non è stato possibile; in quanto nel corso del primo girono al risveglio, dopo avere girato i piani e il Bar alla HALL, ci hanno fatto sedere per portarci due croissant "mini", secchi e senza condimento + 2 cappuccini per poi farci pagare comunque il Forfettario del Buffet Continental. Ma ciò che è peggio al secondo giorno quando ormai ero rassegnato a dover comunque pagare un Buffet Continental, mi hanno fatto pagare senza dire nulla un Buffet "Americano" molto più caro; fatto presente che non avevamo mangiato nulla che lo potesse giustificare mi hanno pagare NUOVAMENTE la colazione con prezzo "Continental" dicendo che mi avrebbero stornato il primo pagamento .... peccato che ancora oggi nella Carta di Credito ho ENTRAMBI GLI ADDEBITI!. Lo ritengo molto grave e mi ha condizionato molto nel giudizio. Oltre questo sono stato disturbato dalla Aria Condizionata in camera che era rumorosa anche al minimo potenza, e non vi era modo alcuno di spegnerla dal quadro di controllo. Suggerirei infine al personale che "crede di parlare un inglese perfetto", di essere un po più umile e parlare più lentamente scandendo le parole, in quanto anche se non sono madrelingua, so comprendere e parlare la lingua inglese, ma in ogni occasione mi sono trovato a dover dire "I'm sorry, could you repeat that more slowly? " ....
