Ottima esperienza, belle camere. Pulizia perfetta e cibo molto buono. Unica pecca l'aria condizionata molto alta nella sala da pranzo

Poca cura nei servizi: Arrivati tardi non mi è stato consegnato il packed lunch. Non poteva essere portato direttamente in camera? Nel bagno mancava il tappetino per la doccia, lo hanno messo il terzo giorno. Il secondo giorno la stanza non era ancora stata rifatta alle 15:30. Lo stesso giorno tutte le chiavi elettroniche delle camere del gruppo sono andate fuori servizio, non si riusciva neanche a salire in camera con gli ascensori.
