아코르 플러스가 있는데 별로 대우받거나 혜택을 제공받는 느낌이 전혀 없었음. 룸업그레이드는 고사하고, 레이트체크아웃 되냐고 물어보니까 몇시까지 원하냐는 답변을 받았는데 ㅋㅋ 뉘앙스가 진상고객 대하는 느낌이어서 기분이 별로였음. 리모델링 한지 얼마 안된 것으로 알고있는데 화장실에서 불쾌한 냄새가 조금 났고, 복도나 엘레베이터에 에어컨은 전혀 없고... 로비에서 에어컨에 물떨어져요 ^^ 친절한건 도어맨밖에 없는듯.

우선 아코르계열 4성급 답게 룸컨디션 좋았음. 특히나 침대컨디션 좋았고 어메니티도 나름 괜찮았음. 단 발코니쪽 창문 잠금장치가 좋지못해 열었다 닫는데 고생했고 방음이 너무 안돼 밤사이 많이 시끄러웠음. 또 하나 조식식당 음식은 대체로 만족했으나 테이블 위치나 복잡도 때문에 많이 불편했음. 원하는 뷰가 만족스러워 한번 정도 더 머물의향은 있음

제일 마음에 드는점은 5번 조식을 먹으면서 한번도 질리지 않았고 맛있게 먹었습니다 이점은 이 호텔에 가장 큰 장점인듯합니다 매일 음식이 변경되었습니다 주방에 관련되어서 써 주신점 감사드립니다 직원들의 친절함은 두번째 장점입니다 항상 밝은 얼굴로 투숙하신분들을 대해 주었고 불편한점은 바로바로 대응해 주신점에 감사드립니다 시설에서 약간에 미흡한점은 있었는듯합니다 특히 짐시설은 구색맞추기가 인듯합니다 제 개인적인 생각에는 가까운거리에 헬쓰장이랑 제휴를 하는게 좋지 않을까합니다 그에 비해서 같은층에 수영장은 무척 마음에 듭니다 청결해서 무척 만족했습니다 만약 다시 제가 나트랑에 방문한다면 1순위 고려할 호텔일 겁니다 5박 6일동안 수고해 주신 머큐어호텔 관계자분에게 감사드립니다

비행기가 딜레이되며 새벽 2시 30분경 체크인을 했는데 직원분께서 기분좋게 반겨주셨고 너무 늦은시간 도착이었기에 컨디션도 확인해 주셨습니다. 맥주한잔이 너무 시급해 로비에 짐을 보관 후 편의점에 가려는데 밖으로 나와서 편의점 위치를 설명해주고 제가 핸드폰을 가볍게 들고 있으니 핸드폰 조심하라는 이야기까지 해주셨네요. 너무 감사했어요. 그 외에도 만났던 모든 직원분들이 친절했고 객실은 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 조식도 알찼구요. 덕분에 즐거운 숙박이 되었네요.

나트랑 시내에 위치하면서, 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 다만, 나트랑 시내에서는 살짝 남쪽에 치우쳐져 있긴 하구요, (시내 중심까지 도보 15분 내외로 갈 수 있긴 해요), 유명한 Lousiane Brewhouse 바로 앞에 위치해있는데, Sea View 객실들은 해당 비치클럽의 음악소리가 꽤 크게 들립니다. 특히 제가 방문했던 연말에는 새벽까지 음악소리가 이어지더라구요. 소음에 민감하신 분들은 City View 객실이 더 적합할 수 있습니다. (대신 Sea View 객실에서는 멋진 바다와 일출을 볼 수 있습니다) 2025년 말에 오픈한 것으로 알고 있어서 깨끗한 시설을 기대했는데, 기존 호텔을 리모델링한 것인지, 약간 사용감이 느껴지긴 했습니다. (인테리어가 올드한 느낌이라, 그렇게 느꼈을 수도 있어요)
