3박 하면서 방 깔끔하고 좋았는데 마지막날 저녁에 데스크분한테 미리 늦게 체크아웃 원한다고 말했더니 방으로 아침에 전화 준다고 했는데 전화가 없어서 혹시해서 내려가서 말했더니 방 작은 곳으로 옮기면 가능하다라는 답변과 준비할 시간을 좀 더 달라고 했더니 거절하여 기분 나빠서 그냥 시간 맞춰서 체크아웃 했습니다 신경 좀 더 써야할 거 같습니다

늦은 밤 체크인 잘 했고, 짐도 들어다주시구요. 플랫이라 룸 업글 받았고 넓고 깔끔했습니다. 오션뷰도 좋았어요 샤워기 필터 갈았는데 안바꿔도 될 수준이었어요 조식도 한 두번 먹기에는 괜찮은 수준이에요 여러모로 위치도 좋고 다음에 또 방문할 의향 있습니다

첫날 늦게 도착했는데 룸을 업그레이드 시켜준다하여 기분이 좋았다. 그렇지만 막상 방에 가보니 혼자하는 여행인데 싱글 침대 두개에 이층침대까지 있는 구조여서 황당했다. 업그레이드는 커녕 예약했던 더블베드 방과도 달랐으니까. 게다가 옆의 다른 호텔에서는 있었던 과일바구니도 없었다. 다음날 아침 매니저 킴이 직접 찾아와서 룸에 대해 사과를 했고, 또다른 방을 보여주며 맘에 드는지 세심하게 챙겨주었다. 그리고 해산물 부페를 갔는데 직원 한분이 고기를 못먹는 나를 위해 해산물 볶은밥을 따로 만들어다 주셨다. 감동이었고, 매니저를 포함한 직원들의 서비스가 만족스러웠다. 다만, 비치베드는 굉장히 불만스러워서 다음번에도 또 숙박을 할지는 잘 모르겠다.
