호텔에 공항픽업서비스를 신청했다. 난 전세계 많은호텔에서 호텔픽업서비스를 이용해봤는데, 노보텔나트랑처럼 호텔차량이 아닌 외주차량이 나온건 처음이었다. 비싼요금에 호텔픽업서비스를 이용하는 이유는 안전하고 편안하고 고급서비스를 원하기때문인데 노보텔은 더러운 외주차량을 보냈고, 기사는 난폭운전을 하다 결국엔 교통사고른 내고 아무 설명도 없이 우리를 도로에 방치했다. 매우 불안했으며, 우리가족은 전부 다쳤다. 한국에 돌아와서 치료할때필요한 보험서류작성도 호텔은 거부했다. 그들은 우리의 현지 병원치료비만 부담했을뿐 정신적보상이나 일정손해의 관한 보상이 없었다. 그리고 사고를 내놓고도 픽업서비스비도 전부 청구했다. 노보텔나트랑은 레스토라에도 접시나 컵에 이가 나가거나 금이 가있었고, 심지어 내방엔 온수도 나오지않았다. 전반적으로 아코르에 어울리지 않는 호텔이었으며 로열티멤버에 대한 처우가 매우 아주 매우 부족한 호텔이다. 전 가족이 메리어트와 ihg의 최상위 로열티도 가지고 있어 주로 그 호텔계열을 이용하는데 올해는 아코르를 이용해볼까싶어 로열티멤버가 되어 여러곳을 이용해보는중이는데 그 중 여기가 진짜 최악이었다.

Firstly, I am deeply sorry for the incident that occurred during your airport transfer. The safety, comfort, and trust of our guests are our top priorities, and we regret that the service you received fell far below your expectations and our own standards. The use of a subcontracted vehicle, the condition of the car, and the driver’s reckless behavior are unacceptable. We understand how this led to the accident and caused stress, anxiety, and inconvenience for you and your family. I have also checked with the department in charge and was informed that there are ongoing discussions regarding the details of the incident statement to best align with your needs. We are fully committed to providing the necessary support and appreciate your patience as we finalize this matter. Furthermore, I also apologize for the way the situation was handled afterward, particularly for any lack of clear communication from our team and for not meeting your expectations regarding the provision of documentation for your insurance purposes. While we covered the costs for your local medical treatment, we understand this was not enough to compensate for the emotional distress and disruption caused to your family. Additionally, I am deeply sorry for the other issues you experienced during your stay, such as the condition of plates and cups in the restaurant, the lack of hot water in your room, and the service that did not reflect the high standards we aim to uphold as part of Accor. As a valued guest and a loyal member of our global community, you deserved much better from us, and I take full responsibility for these shortcomings. While I know no words can fully make up for this experience, please allow us the opportunity to restore your trust. If you are open to visiting us again in the future, I would personally ensure that you and your family receive the care, service, and quality you rightfully expect. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are taking it seriously to improve and ensure that this does not happen again to any guest in the future. Once again, please accept my heartfelt apologies. 아코르 회원이었지만 아고다 사이트가 좀더 저렴해서 3박 머물렀는데 가족 생일 기념으로 축하 케잌도 준비해주시고 룸 컨디션, 직원분들 서비스, 조식 등 모든게 좋았습니다. 다음에도 또 예약 의사있습니다.
