첫날 늦게 도착했는데 룸을 업그레이드 시켜준다하여 기분이 좋았다. 그렇지만 막상 방에 가보니 혼자하는 여행인데 싱글 침대 두개에 이층침대까지 있는 구조여서 황당했다. 업그레이드는 커녕 예약했던 더블베드 방과도 달랐으니까. 게다가 옆의 다른 호텔에서는 있었던 과일바구니도 없었다. 다음날 아침 매니저 킴이 직접 찾아와서 룸에 대해 사과를 했고, 또다른 방을 보여주며 맘에 드는지 세심하게 챙겨주었다. 그리고 해산물 부페를 갔는데 직원 한분이 고기를 못먹는 나를 위해 해산물 볶은밥을 따로 만들어다 주셨다. 감동이었고, 매니저를 포함한 직원들의 서비스가 만족스러웠다. 다만, 비치베드는 굉장히 불만스러워서 다음번에도 또 숙박을 할지는 잘 모르겠다.

방을 업그레이드 해준 것이 일단 매우 좋았으며, 이후에도 방의 소음을 얘기했더니 또 방을 변경해주시는 친절을 베풀어서 매우 좋았으며, 프론트며, 문 열어주시는 분, 스파 등 모든 분들이 친절해서 좋았습니다. 그리고 정말 해변이 보이는 전망은 너무 사랑스러웠습니다.
