공항접근성으로 5일간 처음과 끝에 2박씩 두번체류하였음. 첫번째 투숙은 보증금을 착오로 중복결제. 한번은 취소됬으나 두번째는 귀국후에도 환불기다리는 중. 오히려 두번째 투숙때는 보증금을 받지도 않음. 메일로 상황 알려주겠다 하고 외국인이니 일단 내쫒는 느낌가지고 귀국. 현재까지 환불안내 메일 없으니 그때 예상이 맞음. 회원에 오히려 차별있는 느낌으로 구태여 이 곳은 앞으로 가지 않을 것임. 회원 갱신도 현재는 회의적

After reviewing the situation with our team, we understand that the issue occurred when our POS machine showed a "No Response" message during your initial transaction. In an attempt to resolve this, our colleague processed the payment a second time, thinking the first attempt had failed. Unfortunately, the first transaction was still pending, which caused the deposit to remain blocked. We contacted the bank to request the release of the amount, and we apologize for the delay in updating you on this matter. We have since sent another email to the bank to follow up on the situation and request the official release document. Expected that we will get it tomorrow, once we receive the confirmation from the bank, we will immediately notify you. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. Rest assured, we are taking the necessary steps to ensure the issue is resolved, and based on the bank’s guidance. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We enjoyed our stay at Movenpick for the activities & the beach. The breakfast was enjoyable & Tropicana restaurant had great chefs who know how to cook good food. The staffs & buggy drivers were very friendly too. Only thing is that we’re not sure why our rooms were split up at the beginning of our ck ins & were required to pay an upgrade to be in the hotel with our other family who booked the same room online. The Condo we were in was dated & needed to be refurbished. We transferred to the hotel building which made our stay more comfortable.
