두번째 방문임 이번엔 느린 서비스와 소통부재 트립딧컴과 모밴픽의 교류부족으로 불편함은 고객만 느껴야한다 그 책임을 고객에게 돌리는 모벤픽 다시는 모벤픽에 가지않을테고 주위사람에게 권하지 않을것이다 최악이였다

플레티넘 멤버인데 첫날 업그레이드를 전혀 해주지 않았습니다. 추가 비용을 내고 업그레이드를 요청했으나 방이 fully booked 라고 답변받았습니다. 그런데 app에서 조회해보니 여전히 가능한 룸들이 남아있어서 거듭 물어봤으나 안된다고하여 매우 실망했습니다. 또한 11시쯤 도착하여 얼리 체크인도 불가하다고 하여 짐만 놓고 외출했다가 다시와서 체크인 했습니다. 직원들도 매우 불친절했으며, 레지던스동 로비의 직원은 당신과 나의 편의를 위해서 라는 문장을 내뱉는 것을 보고 매우 놀랐음. 첫날을 그렇게 보내고 거듭 manager에게가서 다음날 숙소 업그레이드 가능여부를 물어봤으나 내일 다시 와서 확인해보라, 가능하면 메세지 주겠다는 답변을 받았고, 익일 3시까지도 아무런 회신을 받지 못했습니다. 굉장히 불쾌한 경험이었으나 가족여행이기때문에 즐겁게 보내고싶어서 다시 물어봤고 가능한 방이 있으면 하루 더 머물고 싶다고 말하니 그때서야 가능한 룸이 있으니 업그레이드를 해주겠다는 답변을 받았습니다. 결과적으로 만족스러운 금액으로 업그레이드를 받을 수 있다고 답변을 받아서 기존에 다른 호텔 예약을 취소하고 하루 더 숙박하기로 결정했습니다. 그 뒤 일정은 그 전의 실망감이 전부 잊혀질만큼 정말 너무 좋았습니다. 이번 기회를 통해서 아코르 플레티넘 회원으로서 단점을 발견할 수 있었는데, 사전에 얼리 체크인이나 레이트 체크아웃, 룸 업그레이드 여부를 확인할 수 없으니 일정을 짜는데 매우 차질이 있다는 것입니다. 최소한의 가능성이라도 알려준다면 그에 맞게 일정을 짜는데 도움을 받을 수 있을 것 같습니다. 너무 행복한 여행이 되었으나 마지막날 우리의 일정이 빡빡하게 짜여있었기 때문에 받은 혜택을 온전히 누리지 못해 안타까웠습니다.
