في يوم وصولي قابلت موظف الاستقبال عماني صغير سن تعامل معي بطريقة غير لائقة وجعلني انتظر قرابة الخمس ساعات من اجل تجهيز غرفة لي برغم اني حاجز مسبقا وعضو في مجموعة فنادقكم
