My family and I stayed at Novotel Kitchener from July 19 to July 20. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant—so much so that I, unfortunately, forgot the name of the gentleman who assisted us. During our stay, Mr. Steven was incredibly helpful in arranging taxis and suggesting sightseeing spots. He was courteous, attentive, and demonstrated a genuine service mindset. What impressed me the most was the response when I realized—two hours after checking out—that I had left my gold necklace in the room. Ms. Rohana took immediate action to help recover the item, for which I am truly grateful. I deeply appreciate the outstanding service and professionalism shown by your team. I promise that I will be a loyalty guest to this hotel.

ใกล้ห้าง ใกล้ mrt ไปไหนมาไหนสะดวกมาก จะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอน

โดยรวมดีหมดคะ แต่แนะนำนิดนึงคะ น้ำดื่มควรเป็นขวดเหมือนเดิมนะคะ ไม่น่าจะทำเป้นเครื่องกรองในห้องน้ำ ดูเหมือนจะไม่ค่อยสะอาดคะ ไม่กล้าดื่มเหมือนมาจากน้ำในห้องน้ำคะ
