Can’t recommend IBIS until the bed issue is fixed. It was just about like sleeping on a board.

Stayed the 19th & 20th of December, and would stay again if the bed was comfortable. It appears to be only a box spring, where a thick mattress topper might solve the problem. Otherwise, one must endure a bad night sleep from aches and pains of laying on a hard surface.

Nice for a 3-star hotel. Very easy to find the place coming from Lavender station and is very near a 7-Eleven store. The room had everything I needed including the bidet in the bathroom. Check in/out was easy. It seems someone is always available at the frontdesk.

I was there for 4 nights. Location was good. Close to public transport, a supermarket and lots of places to eat. The staff ( especially Julius ) are friendly and helpful. I arrived quite early and was allowed early check in which was most welcome after a long flight. Breakfast was good for the S$13.50 paid. Pool is great and a godsend after a long sweaty day of walking around , altho was closed for maintenance my last 2 days there. Bathroom floods when showering. My flight got cancelled so had to stay an extra night.. When I booked the 3 nights in a superior double room I paid S$456.00.. My 1 extra night cost an additional S$200.00 which I thought was a bit steep. Especially as it was a twin room so had to sleep in a single bed. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay

The hotel is small but in good location, only a few hundred metres from Lavender MRT station. The room is quite small. The staff are friendly and helpful. On the second day, we came back and found coffee cups were left unwashed in the toilet. I came down to ask for new and clean ones. The front desk staff quickly came up with me and took the cups away to clean. One bad thing is the entrance has no slope, so I had to carry my baggage up the stairs to check in and carry them down after check out. Not suitable for me who is nearly 70.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Ibis Budget Hotel. the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I really enjoy my room which was beautiful, clean, and perfect to celebrate my first international travel. SUPER RECOMMEND
